Welcome
We, at Camden Bible Tabernacle, govern ourselves
by the word of God, which we believe to be the infallible and
inerrant text, authored by the One True God, referenced
throughout the sixty-six (66) canonized books of the
King James Bible.
Our Mission
The Mission of Camden Bible Tabernacle is:
"To set the captives free and make them whole again."
Isaiah 61:1-4
CBT is developing a holistic ministry, that is designed to minister to the whole person.
Our Mission is comprised of these ideals:
- To share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost.
- To develop, mentor and teach those, who have embraced Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord, and Master.
- To enhance the life of all believers, in the areas that form the whole person, whether it be social, financial or relational.
- To involve the principles of the Word of God, to affect change in the communities in which we live, work and worship.

Doctrinal Statements
I. We believe that "Sanctification is the process by which, according to the will of
God, we are made partakers of His holiness. That it is a progressive work; that
it is begun in regeneration, and that sanctification is carried in the hearts of believers,
by the presence and power of the
Holy Spirit, the Sealer, and Comforter, with
continual use of the appointed means. Especially through the word of God, self-examination,
self-denial, watchfulness, and prayer."
2 Corinthians 7:1; Ephesians 1:4
II. We believe that Christian Baptism is the immersion in water of a believer, in
the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Ghost. To show forth, in a solemn and
beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried and risen, Savior.
Acts 2:41-42
III. We believe in the substitutional, redemptive, reconciliatory acts, wrought by
the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
IV. We believe in exercising the gifts of the Spirit, in accordance with the
guidelines of the scriptures.
V. We believe that the gift of tongues is a sign,
for those who do not believe. That, in accordance with the scripture, (1 Cor. 13:8), is in
cessation during this latter day. But, should there be any use of
tongues, as described in Acts 2:1-21, that they are governed by the scripture
as quoted in 1 Corinthians 14:1-28.

Salvation For You!
Is Faith in Jesus the Christ the Anointed Son, of God.
Admit
Believe
Confess
ADMIT: That you are a sinner. Born into a world of sin and with a sinful nature. We produce the fruits of our very embodiments, so we need to be released from this constraint, which will dominate our being, if not defeated by the prospective new nature, given to us by the indwelling Spirit of God.
BELIEVE: That we were born into a world of sin and have been conformed to such a nature. We can only be delivered from this sin and its punishment, of infinite separation from God and being eternally condemned to the outer darkness of Hell, by formidable belief in the endowment of our Salvation. We believe that Jesus the Christ died in our place, as a sinless sacrifice. Therefore, rescuing us from the egregious consequences awaiting the unsaved.
CONFESS: The confession with our own mouths of accepting Jesus Christ is critical (Romans 8: 9 -10). For it shows that we have internalized and embraced, as a life-changing position, the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. That we have chosen to make our lives compliant with the life and commands of Jesus. John 3:16, John 1:12, Acts 20:21, Acts 3:19
NEW LIFE: “ Old things are passed away, behold all things have become new…." 2nd Corinthians 5:17
Romans 5:1- Peace with God 1 John 1:7- Cleansed from sin
