We, at Camden Bible Tabernacle, govern ourselves

by the word of god, which we believe to be the infallible,

inerrant text authored by the one true god spoken of

throughout the (66) sixty-six canonized books of the

King James Bible.

The Mission of Camden Bible Tabernacle is to "set the captives free and make them whole

Doctrinal Statement

We believe that sanctification is the process by which according to the will of

god, we are made partakers of his holiness; that it is a progressive work, that

it is begun in regeneration, and that it is carried on in the hearts of believers

by the presence of power of the holy spirit, the sealer and comforter, in the

continual use of the appointed means, especially the word of god, self

examination, self-denial, watchfulness and prayer.

(2 Corinthian 7:1; Eph 1:4.)

We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion in water of a believer, into

the name of the Father, Son and Holy ghost; to show forth, in solemn and

beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried and risen savior.

( Acts 2:41-42 )

We believe in the substitutional, redemptive, reconciliatory acts, wrought by

the death, burial resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

We believe in exercising of the gifts of the spirit, in accordance with the

guidelines of the scripture. We believe that the gift on tongues is for a sign

for those who do not believe. That in accordance with the scripture is in

cessation during this latter day (1 For.13:8) should there be any use of

tongues as described in Act 2:1-21, that they be governed by the scripture

as quoted in 1 Corinthians 14:1-28

Salvation for you!

Faith in Jesus the Christ (the anointed) of God.

Admit: that your area sinner. One born into the world of sin and having been born with a sinful nature. We produce the fruits of our nature. We need to be rescued from this nature, which will dominate us if allowed, if not helped by the prospective new nature, given to us by the indwelling of the spirit of God.

Believe: that being sinners born into a world of sin and having such nature can only be delivered and saved from the nature and its punishment, which is eternal separation from God and being condemned to an eternal Hell and being cast into our darkness,. We believe that Jesus the Christ died in our place as a sinless sacrifice. Therefore rescuing us from the eternal separation from God and the punishment of Hell.

Confess: Romans 8: 9 & 10  The confession with our own mouths to our accepting Jesus is critical, for it shows that we have internalized and embraced as a life changing position, the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. That we have chosen to make our lives compliant with the life and commands of Jesus.   John 3:16, John 1:12, Acts 20:21,Acts 3:19

New life: 2nd Corinthians 5:17  “ old things are passed away, behold all things have become new”….

Romans 5:1…………Peace with God, Romans 8:34; Cleansed from sin  1John1:7
